Nina est adolescente quand son père est arrêté pour le meurtre de sa mère. Libéré quinze ans plus tard, clamant toujours son innocence, il est décidé à retrouver le coupable. Seule Nina le soutient, à l'inverse de ses deux frères. Un nouveau meurtre a alors lieu.
