Brian und Lee bekommen den Zuschlag mit ihrem Gebot auf eine ehemalige Pension in Manchester. Brian ist hoffnungsvoll, denn er hat schon interessante Objekte entdeckt: unter anderem eine alte Harley Davidson. Am Ende ihres Erkundungsgangs stößt Lee aber auf ein Problem, das Brian nicht erwähnt hatte: Im Keller stehen Öltanks. Wie sich bei näherer Inspektion herausstellt, enthalten sie auch noch Öl. Dies zu entsorgen, wird den Abriss verzögern.
