- Episode 3 -
Lapo and his Captain are sailing to Pianosa, a very remote and exclusive Island. As it is a prison island, boats cannot come within a mile radius. This means Lapo is on a solo mission. Lapo will meet the prisoners who are keeping the island pristine but taking care of it's natural fauna and flora. He will cook with ingredients from the prison garden and learn a secret dish from one of the wardens. Will this impress the Captain?
